Legal framework
Contacts only referring to the supply of the transport or accommodation service, or any other separate holiday service, which do not constitute the organisation of package holidays, are governed by the following legislation:
- Tuscany Regional Law 16/1994
- Law 1084/7 of 27/12/77 (CCV) art. 1 commas 3 and 6: art. 17 to 23; art. 24 to 31; with regard to provisions other than those relating to package holiday contracts.

Payments
The reservation must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance is paid 20 days before the date of arrival of the customer.

Travel documents
The sending of travel documents is conditional upon receipt of the deposit by the Organizing Office, within the terms provided for by art. 2.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a penalty must be paid on the total amount in the following terms: 30% up to 30 days. before departure, 50% from the 30th to the 5th day before departure, 100% after the 5th day before departure. In case of renunciation, however, the Customer can be replaced by another person.

Cauzione
Al momento dell'arrivo viene richiesta al Cliente una cauzione di euro 200,00. La cauzione viene rimborsata alla partenza dopo aver verificato che non si siano verificati danni durante il soggiorno.

Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior authorization.

Complaints
In the event of complaints, the customer is asked to contact our office by confirming the complaints in writing by 24.00 hours of arrival. The Court of Livorno is competent for any dispute.

Guarantee fund
The Italian Prime Minister's Department has established a National Guarantee Fund to which consumers can apply, pursuant to art. 21 of Legislative Decree 111/95, in the case of insolvency or bankruptcy of the vendor or the Tour Operator. The procedures under which the Fund operates are established by a Prime Ministerial Decree under 21 comma 5 of Legislative Decree 111/95.
